the Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics (BOAMP), published by the Direction de l'information légale et administrative (DILA), reused in accordance with the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence version 2.0 (Etalab);
TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, published by the Publications Office of the European Union, © European Union, reused in accordance with Commission Decision 2011/833/EU of 12 December 2011 on the reuse of Commission documents;
the Portail des marchés publics du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (address: https://pmp.b2g.etat.lu/), published by the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, whose RSS feed is reused with its written authorisation of 16 October 2026: fields of the feed and a link to each consultation; the procurement documents are not reproduced and no natural person is named;

The summaries, scores and abstracts are produced by the XiwiX service from these notices: they are a modified presentation of them. They are not official publications: they bind neither the DILA, nor the European Union, nor the Luxembourg ministry, nor the contracting authorities. In case of discrepancy, the notice published in the BOAMP, on TED or on the Luxembourg portal and the procurement documents prevail. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

The site only uses cookies that are needed for it to work:

a session cookie, set when you sign in to your customer area, valid for 30 days at most and deleted when you sign out;
a technical cookie that protects forms against being submitted from another site, kept for one year;
a “langue” cookie, set when you choose a language, which remembers it for one year;
a step cookie, set when you open a sign-in link, for the time needed to enter the code from your authenticator app (15 minutes);
an invitation cookie, set when you open a sign-up link, which keeps it until your company's account is created (7 days at most);
a sign-up cookie, set when the account is created, which keeps the address you entered for the “Open your inbox” page (resend the link, correct the address) for one hour.

No audience measurement or advertising cookie is used.
