Frequently asked questions
Why did I receive this tender?
Each detail page says so at the bottom, in “Where each piece of information comes from”: the word of your search that was found and the area.
How do I receive fewer tenders?
Dismiss those outside your trade with the reason “Not our trade”: this feedback is used to suggest excluding the words concerned, after a 12-month test. You can also remove or exclude a word in “My search”.
How do I change my search without losing my alerts?
An area, amounts or a removed word apply from tomorrow's alert. An added word is tested on 12 months: if it changes your search too much, it waits for a check and your alerts carry on with the current settings.
What does “to check” mean on a date?
The official notice contradicts itself (two times, a postponement with no date): we show the readings instead of guessing one. The tender rules prevail. A date we show as certain looks wrong to you: write to us below, subject “A deadline that looks wrong”. We will check it.
Who receives the alerts?
The team members who receive them, set in “Team and recipients”. Everyone can switch off their alerts or reminders.
How much does the service cost?
The beta is free, with no card; nothing is charged without your consent. Price announced before the end of the beta.
Which tenders do you read?
Notices published in the BOAMP, on TED, on the Portail des marchés publics du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg and in the federal publication service (Bekanntmachungsservice). Tenders published only elsewhere are not covered: see method and coverage, with figures. France: notices published in the BOAMP and on TED. Belgium: only notices published at European level (TED), about 4 in 10 calls for competition, in beta. Luxembourg: notices published on the Portail des marchés publics du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg and on TED, in beta. Germany: notices published in the federal publication service (Bekanntmachungsservice) and on TED, in beta. Notices published only on a Land platform or a private publisher's platform are not covered.
