The problem, and our answer

Today

Public tender notices are scattered across several websites, countries and languages. To know whether a notice concerns you, you often have to read it in full, and its deadline can still change along the way.

With XiwiX

Every day, we read the BOAMP notices and those of buyers from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany published at European level. In Luxembourg, we also read the Portail des marchés publics du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, national tenders included. In Germany, we also read the federal publication service (Bekanntmachungsservice), national notices included. You receive those that concern you, with the deadline read in the official notice, or flagged “to check” when the notice contradicts itself.

How it works

  1. Describe your business

In one or two sentences, with the areas where you work. You immediately see what you would have received last month, on the real notices. See the measurement

  2. Receive the day's tenders

Every morning, by email, the tenders that match your search, with their deadline and our view.

  3. Sort in one gesture

Shortlist, later or dismiss, on your phone or your computer. What you shortlist goes to “My tenders”, with a reminder before the deadline.

What sets us apart

  • “Our view” on every tender

Each tender comes with “Our view” (Priority, Worth a look, Too tight or Poor fit) and the reason: your trade in the title or in a lot, the time left to bid.

Priority Worth a look Too tight Poor fit

  • In your language

Interface and alerts in 4 languages: Français, Nederlands, English, Deutsch. Each tender's summary is written in your language, or taken from the notice until it is ready; the official notice stays one click away.

  • A sourced summary

Deadline, value and criteria are read in the official notice, each with its source. When the notice contradicts itself, we say so instead of guessing. See the measurement A corrigendum is linked to the right tender, and the date shown follows it. See the measurement

  • Several countries in one search

Choose your work areas in these countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany. A tender published on the other side of a border arrives with the others.

Real example: a tender published on 23 October 2026, as a company in the “Security and guarding” sector would receive it.

  • Priority

Deadline: (Paris time)in 22 working days

In short: Your trade in the title, 22 working days to bid.

  • Belgium: only notices published at European level (TED), about 4 in 10 calls for competition, in beta.
  • Luxembourg: notices published on the Portail des marchés publics du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg and on TED, in beta.
  • Germany: notices published in the federal publication service (Bekanntmachungsservice) and on TED, in beta. Notices published only on a Land platform or a private publisher's platform are not covered.

The daily average adds up those of the sources, each calculated over its own covered days. They count every type of published notice: calls for tenders, corrigenda, awards, cancellations and others. Only notices with a contracting authority located in a covered country are counted: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the service cost?

The beta is free, with no card; nothing is charged without your consent. Price announced before the end of the beta.

Who can join the beta?

Companies, by invitation: the beta is private and free. Request an invitation and we will reply by email.

How can I tell whether the search suits my business?

Selection depends on the words in your search: a notice that does not contain them is not sent to you. The preview of last month lets you check this before you sign up. See the measurement

Do you guarantee that I will win tenders?

We do not guarantee that you will win a contract. The official notice and the procurement documents prevail: every summary links to them. See the measurement

Do I need to install an app?

No: the site works on a computer and on a phone, and can be added to your phone's home screen if you wish.
